Mark is a retired business professional who has done stints as an elementary teacher and in administration with a Christian missions organization. Also, he and his wife, Evette, homeschooled their two daughters.

Mark was born and raised in rural Minnesota and now lives in Lexington, Kentucky. In addition to writing Christian suspense fiction, he now volunteers with a mission organization in Lexington. In their free time, he and Evette enjoy camping and traveling to others parts of the country.
